I am 22 years old and quit my employment as management assistant in pharmaceutical research in February 2013. After nearly 5 years doing administrative work, I realized that I feel happier within a more social, more active and more "real life" job.
At the moment I am enjoying work experiences in different social facilities as for example children’s home, holiday camps for disabled children, and the like. I would like to get an idea of social pedagogy and further fascinating fields of work, I didn’t know before
Through travelling and working abroad I want to figure out what kind of living will be the best for me. My wish is to speak with local people and have the great opportunity to get to know their ways of life, their dreams and their passions. I made the experience that the time will be much better invested if you work abroad.
Nearly all of my vacation days of the last five years were spent working abroad for example in a homebound for disabled persons in Canada, in a feeding center for poor children (from 0 to 6 years old) in the Dominican Republic or at a lion park & lodge in South Africa.
You’ll see I am very open-minded and interested in different countries and the varied culture. I am disposed to try nearly everything and looking forward to broadening my mind
You are welcome to my flat share all the time even if I will be home too. During your stay I will sleep on the couch and will provide my bed.
Food: You can use the kitchen at any time you want.
