Did you get my last email (23/4/13)? Just want to make sure you understand everything, that you are the only workers, and we normally speak English to each other, and the guests can be from many countries.

Can you confirm you are probably coming on July 8 and staying until about July 19-20?
We just want to have a pretty good commitment so I can tell other workers.
