Sorry for the delay in replying. I have been re-reading & considering your amazing CV. You have so much experience in your field and are obviously very talented in languages! My main concern is that i think you are just too experienced and talented in your chosen path to be doing really menial domestic chores in an ‘out of the way’ B&B! I would have a problem giving you a work programme i think! Perhaps if it was the height of the summer season when the house is full of guests coming and going it would be different, but the early months can be very quiet. These are my honest thoughts, please feel free to comment.
