Dear Hu Si

We would love to work and live with you. Your place sounds great and your offered work sounds very interesting and fits our preferences. We are from Switzerland and Holland and are familiar with a lot of different kinds of western dishes, appetizers, salads, desserts, pastries, confectionaries etc. We love to cook and it would also be a pleasure for us to teach you in cooking western style. We have also already some experience in voluntary work as well as in guesthouse work, because the family of Myriam runs a Guesthouse in Tessin, south of Switzerland.
At the moment we are in the north of Thailand and would like to come to you in the next time. So, we hope you need us. Because we stay in chiang mai now, we could apply for the chinese visa here in the next days (If you could help as in this issue it would be very helpful).
