Dear Irosan,

I am not the typical staydu.com traveler. I currently live in southeast Virginia and I have been looking for a place to stay in or near Maryland so that I can finish my bachelor’s degree and be near my friends. I have also been looking for a career such as innkeeping where I can live onsite to save for my future and help out my family. That’s why I am interested working at the American Guest House.

I am computer savvy and I have interacted with the public and answered phones as a retail associate, library assistant and virtual receptionist. I am also interested in social media (I have Facebook, Twitter and Google accounts) and I have done some freelance writing online. As a long-time Food Network fan, I also enjoy cooking and baking.

I have attached my resume below. I hope that you will consider me for a work exchange stay at American Guest House from at least January 2013 to May 2013. Thank you for your consideration.

Best wishes,

Ryanne Ross
