Help promote a sports bar/restaurant, do some gardening or fix up an old house

You will live in a house or an RV trailer on a large lot on a quiet dead end street with access to public transportation to downtown Mobile AL. It is convenient to a public library, restaurants, river, bay, etc. Mobile is the secret of the south. There are things to see and do but the best attraction is it’s friendly people.

You will have private place to sleep w/WiFi and shared or private bathroom. I am happy to share my food with you and you may eat at our restaurant. I am TEFL Certified and can help you with your English if needed. I am also a Certified Flight Instructor Helicopter so I am happy to teach you a lot about aviation & helicopters. I would expect consistent and noticeable progress on projects but I have no set hour requirements. I desire a two week minimum stay so some progress can be achieved and you can continue to stay as long as we feel it is mutually beneficial. You may need to work on your own at times.

Expectations:

Please help when help is needed. There is no scheduled need time. Guests are expected to be clean, considerate and respectful to all people at all times during their stay. In other words, apply common sense.

Food:

I rarely cook but I have two BBQ grills on my back deck and a restaurant. You are welcome to cook on the grills or eat in the restaurant.
